1. Exposed luminous characters
Exposed luminous characters are definitely a low-demand luminous characters. Normally, they can be produced above 20cm, but the thickness of the strokes is limited, and only one row of lights can be installed.
2. Blister luminous characters
Blister luminous characters are one of our most commonly used types of luminous characters. The outline is drawn up in the name, and the side department is hollowed out, and then the inner sleeve edge or the plastic edge is inserted. The difficulty lies in the fact that characters that are too small cannot perfectly draw out the outline, and the inner hole is too small to be hollowed out. Therefore, individual blister characters must be produced in Chinese with a capacity of more than 20cm. The inner hole needs to be enlarged to more than 3cm to be hollowed out. The inner hole can be replaced by a metal sheet with paint on the surface.
3. Mini luminous characters
Mini luminous characters are the most plastic luminous characters, which are engraved by an engraving machine, so more mini LED luminous characters can be made. Chinese characters can be produced with luminous characters above 10cm, and the stroke size is not restricted.
4. Resin luminous characters
The resin luminous letter bottom box is a fine workmanship method, so it is similar to the fine workmanship. The thinnest stroke should be 1cm or more, and the module can be installed. Partially square or very zig-zag strokes will have no choice but to install the lamp, so the lamp will be installed vertically, which will have a certain influence on the brightness, and the density can be appropriately increased.

Seiko luminous characters are more exquisite and exquisite craft characters, so the production requirements are much more relaxed. Normally, the finest strokes above 1cm can be produced.
6. Set of luminous characters in the plane
In-plane luminous characters have lower manufacturing requirements than blister characters. The production of Chinese characters requires more than 20cm, and then the thickness of the strokes. Since the sleeves in the plane are all metal buckles, the height of the metal is 1cm wide, so the strokes must be 3cm or more to ensure the light-emitting area. If the strokes are too thin, we usually expand the edges outwards and explain to the customer in advance, and the customer also needs to explain to the customer based on the actual situation.
There are also certain requirements for Chinese and English fonts, among which Chinese characters are broad and advanced, and some simple and overly complex characters need to be based on actual conditions.
