Therefore, the maintenance methods of different structural metals have become the top priority of metal craft fonts. And how should we tailor our clothes and maintain our craftsmanship? The following is a brief introduction to the maintenance methods of the metal parts of the luminous characters:
1. Adhere to a dry environment and prevent the sun
Whether it’s the lacquer or 201 stainless steel, the most common problem in maintenance is rust and paint peeling, and the root cause of paint peeling is the humidity of the environment. We have no way to control the weather, but we can change the font layout structure so that the water drains smoothly along the base drain.
2. The nut is coated with anti-rust oil
For craftsmanship, if the nut is rusted, it will be related to future installation and disassembly. In the regular protection, it is recommended to coat the nut with anti-rust oil every other month.
3. Handle with care
Whether it is baking varnish or mirrored metal characters, the appearance of scratches is very difficult to deal with. Therefore, try not to stack them randomly in production. In the delivery process, although foam bags are not required for protection like fragile goods, they should be packed with adhesive paper to avoid affecting the appearance.
4. Timing care
If possible, clean up the dust on the metal surface every week. Dust removal is also a kind of maintenance. Removing the debris on the surface will help keep it clean and tidy for a long time.
