The production process of backlit characters:
First, make the font, cut the metal plate, cut out the panel and the sideband, and then the sideband is processed by the hook angle, and then laser welded on the inner side of the panel edge. After the word shell is completed, add a nut inside the word shell, weld it and fix it, and install the LED light inside. The screw is connected to the nut of the word shell and fixed.
The installation method of backlit characters:
Fix the manuscript paper and punch holes at the screw position of the manuscript paper. Tear off the manuscript paper, fix the other end of the screw to the wall, screw on the nut to fix it. The distance between the shell and the wall is about 3cm.
